A sustainable retail and public precinct built around movement rather than static storefronts. Interactive, itinerant party walls run through the site, connecting public passages that turn walking between shops into part of the experience rather than a gap between them. Terraced grass slopes and vertical gardens soften the hardscape, while the retail spaces themselves are built from repurposed shipping containers topped with photovoltaic shingles, the same language we used at The Fresh Store, scaled across an entire precinct.
